Text
A board, on
its own motion or upon application, at any time after the imposition of any discipline
as provided in section 12-245-226, may reconsider its prior action and reinstate or
restore the license, registration, or certification; terminate probation; or reduce the
severity of its prior disciplinary action. The board has sole discretion to determine
whether to take further action or hold a hearing with respect to its prior disciplinary
action.
