§ 12-245-211 — Collaborate with physician
In order to provide for the diagnosis
and treatment of medical problems, a licensee, registrant, or certificate holder shall
collaborate with a physician licensed under the laws of this state, except when
practicing pursuant to section 12-245-202 (14). A licensee, registrant, or certificate
holder shall not diagnose, prescribe for, treat, or advise a client with reference to
medical problems.
