§ 12-240-134 — Liability of persons other than licensee
If any person, firm,
association, or corporation receives, either directly or indirectly, any pay or
compensation given or paid in violation of section 12-240-132, the person, firm,
association, or corporation, and the officers and directors thereof, commits a class
2 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501.
