§ 12-230-301 — Director - powers - duties - rules
(1)The director, in
accordance with section 12-20-403, may make investigations and inspections as
necessary to determine whether an applicant or licensee has violated this article
230 or any rule adopted by the director.
(2)The director may apply for injunctive relief in accordance with section 12-20-406 to enjoin any act or practice that constitutes a violation of this article 230.
Upon a showing that a person is engaging in or intends to engage in the act or
practice, the court shall grant an injunction, restraining order, or other appropriate
order, regardless of the existence of another remedy.
(3)No later than December 31, 2013, and thereafter as necessary, the
director shall adopt rules pursuant to section 12-20-204.
