Text
(1)A
person licensed under this article 220, upon changing the licensee's place of
business or contact information, shall furnish to the board the licensee's new
mailing address and email address within thirty days after the change.
(2)The board may issue a duplicate of any license upon attestation by the
licensee of loss or destruction and shall charge a fee established pursuant to
section 12-20-105 for a duplicate.
