Text

(1)Section 12-20-408 governs judicial review of any final action of the board to:

(a)Deny or refuse to issue or renew a license;

(b)Suspend a license;

(c)Revoke a license;

(d)Censure a licensee;

(e)Issue a letter of admonition to a licensee;

(f)Place a licensee on probation;

(g)Issue a reprimand to a licensee; or

(h)Issue an order to cease and desist.

(2)The provisions of this section apply to a license issued to a dentist, dental therapist, or dental hygienist.
