Text
(1)The
director shall issue a license to an applicant who satisfies the requirements of this
article 210.
(2)Licenses issued under this article 210 are subject to the renewal,
expiration, reinstatement, and delinquency fee provisions specified in section 12-20-202 (1) and (2). A person whose license has expired is subject to the penalties
set forth in this article 210 or in section 12-20-202 (1).
