§ 12-205-105 — Use of titles restricted
Only a person licensed as an athletic
trainer may use the title athletic trainer or licensed athletic trainer, the letters
A.T. or A.T.C. as a title, or any other generally accepted terms, letters, or figures
that indicate that the person is an athletic trainer.
