Text
(1)A proceeding for
discipline of a licensee may be commenced by the director when the director has
reasonable grounds to believe that a licensee has committed any act prohibited by
section 12-200-109 (1).
(2)Disciplinary actions may consist of the following:
(a)Revocation or suspension of licensure;
(b)Placement of the licensee on probation and setting the terms of that
probation;
(c)Issuing and sending a letter of admonition by first-class mail to the
licensee under the circumstances specified in and in accordance with section 12-20-404 (4); and
(d)Imposing administrative fines.
(3)The director may issue and send a confidential letter of concern to a
licensee under the circumstances specified in section 12-20-404 (5).
