§ 12-20-101 — Scope
This article 20 applies to every article in this title 12
except articles 10 and 15 and except to the extent otherwise specified in this article
20 or another part or article of this title 12. The requirements of this article 20 are in
addition to the requirements established in any other part or article of this title 12.
