§ 12-135-903 — Qualifications - examinations - rules
(1)In addition to
satisfying the requirements of section 12-135-501 (3), to be qualified to obtain a
cremationist license, the applicant must have received official certification as a
crematory operator from the Cremation Association of North America, the
International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association, the National Funeral
Directors Association, or a successor organization that is approved by the director.
(2)In addition to satisfying the requirements of section 12-135-501 (3), to be
qualified to obtain a natural reductionist license, the applicant must have received
official certification as a natural reductionist from the Cremation Association of
North America, the International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association, the
National Funeral Directors Association
