Nothing in this article
130 shall be construed to authorize a landscape architect to engage in the practice
of architecture, as defined in part 4 of article 120 of this title 12, the practice of
engineering, as defined in part 2 of article 120 of this title 12, or professional land
surveying, as defined in part 3 of article 120 of this title 12.
