Text
(1)A licensed landscape
architect shall obtain a stamp of a design authorized by the board. The stamp shall
bear the name, date of licensing, and license number of the landscape architect,
together with the legend Colorado - Licensed Landscape Architect.
(2)A landscape architect's records and documents shall be prepared,
recorded, and retained in the following manner:
(a)The stamp, signature of the landscape architect whose name appears on
the stamp, and date of the landscape architect's signature shall be placed on
reproductions of drawings to establish a record set of contract documents.
(b)The record set shall be prominently identified and shall be for the
permanent record of the landscape architect, the project owner, and the regulatory
authorities who have jurisdiction
