Text
(1)The board may
take disciplinary or other action as authorized in section 12-20-404, may place
conditions or limitations on a license, or may impose a censure if, after notice and
hearing, the board determines that a licensee has committed any of the acts
specified in section 12-130-112.
(2)The board may issue and send to a licensee, by certified mail, a written
letter of admonition under the circumstances specified in and in accordance with
section 12-20-404 (4).
(3)The board may send a confidential letter of concern to a licensee under
the circumstances specified in section 12-20-404 (5). The confidential letter of
concern and notice of the issuance of the letter shall be sent to the licensee by
