Text
(1)There is hereby
created in the division the Colorado state board of landscape architects. The board
shall consist of five members who shall have the following qualifications:
(a)Three members shall:
(I)Be licensed landscape architects in Colorado;
(II)Have at least three years of experience in the practice of landscape
architecture; and
(III)Be residents of the state of Colorado;
(b)(I) Two members shall:
(A)Not be licensed landscape architects nor practice landscape architecture
in any jurisdiction;
(B)Not have a current or prior significant personal or financial interest in the
practice of landscape architecture; and
(C)Be residents of the state of Colorado.
(II)Of the two members appointed pursuant to this subsection (1)(b), one
