§ 12-120-415 — Licenses
(1)The board shall issue a license whenever an
applicant for a license to practice architecture in Colorado successfully qualifies
for the license as provided in this part 4.
(2)An architect may renew a license by paying to the board the license
renewal fee established pursuant to section 12-20-105, and the board shall then
renew the license. A license issued pursuant to this part 4 is subject to the renewal,
expiration, reinstatement, and delinquency fee provisions specified in section 12-20-202 (1) and (2).
(3)Any person whose license has expired shall be subject to the penalties
provided in this part 4 or section 12-20-202 (1).
(4)An architect shall give notice to the board, in a manner prescribed by the
board, of any change of address within thirty days after the change.
