Text
(1)An architect who
has been duly licensed and is over sixty-five years of age may apply to the board for
classification as a retired architect. Retired architects shall not practice
architecture and shall pay a fee established by the board to be listed with and
retain retired architect status. A person classified as a retired architect may hold
oneself out as a retired architect.
(2)A retired architect shall be reinstated to the status of an architect upon
payment of the renewal fee established pursuant to sections 12-20-105 and 12-20-202 (1). The board shall not assess any additional fees.
(3)The board may require reexamination of a retired architect who has been
retired for two or more years and is seeking reinstatement pursuant to subsection
(2)of this section unless the
