(1)Section 12-20-403 applies to investigations and hearings under this section.
(2)The board upon its own motion may, and upon the receipt of a signed
complaint in writing from any person shall, investigate the activities of any
professional land surveyor, land surveyor-intern, or other person who presents
grounds for disciplinary action as specified in this part 3.
(3)All charges, unless dismissed by the board, shall be referred to
administrative hearing by the board within five years after the date on which said
charges were filed.
(4)(a) The board is authorized to apply for injunctive relief in accordance
with section 12-20-406 to enforce the provisions of this part 3, or to restrain any
violation thereof.
