Text
(1)This part 3 shall not be construed to prevent or
to affect:
(a)The work of an employee or subordinate of a professional land surveyor if
the work is performed under the responsible charge of the professional land
surveyor;
(b)The practice of employees of the federal government duly authorized
under 43 U.S.C. sec. 772 and 43 CFR 9180.0-3, while engaged in the practice of
surveying within the course of their federal employment in the state of Colorado; or
(c)The rights of any other legally recognized profession.
