§ 12-120-102 — Definitions
As used in this article 120, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Board means the state board of licensure for architects, professional
engineers, and professional land surveyors, created in section 12-120-103.
(2)Surveyor quorum of the board means not less than the three
professional land surveyor members of the board and one of the nonengineering,
non-land surveyor members of the board.
