Text
The director may
employ any person licensed pursuant to this article 105 for the purpose of
conducting examinations. The person must not be connected with any school
teaching barbering, hairstyling, or cosmetology or esthetician or nail technician
students. Any person employed by the director may receive compensation for
services for each day employed in the actual discharge of the person's official
duties and actual and necessary expenses incurred, to be set by the director upon
the approval of the executive director.
