Colorado Statutes
§ 12-10-716 — Immunity
A person participating in good faith in the filing of a
complaint or report or participating in an investigation or hearing before the board
or an administrative law judge pursuant to this part 7 shall be immune from any
liability, civil or criminal, that otherwise might result by reason of the action.
