Text
(1)The board may, in the name of the
people of the state of Colorado, through the attorney general of the state of
Colorado, apply for an injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction to
perpetually enjoin a person or appraisal management company from committing an
act prohibited by this part 6.
(2)Injunctive proceedings under this section are in addition to and not in lieu
of penalties and other remedies provided in this part 6.
(3)When seeking an injunction under this section, the board is not required
to allege or prove either that an adequate remedy at law does not exist or that
substantial or irreparable damage would result from a continued violation.
