§ 12-10-411 — Violations
The violation of any provision of this part 4 by a broker
constitutes an act pursuant to section 12-10-217 (1)(m) for which the real estate
commission may investigate and take administrative action against any such broker
pursuant to sections 12-10-217 and 12-10-219.
