Text
Any person who believes
that a violation of section 1-46-103, or the secretary of state's rules concerning the
use of a deepfake in a communication concerning a candidate for elective office,
has occurred may file a written complaint with the office in accordance with section
1-45-111.7 (2). Such complaint shall be reviewed and adjudicated in accordance with
section 1-45-111.7 and the secretary of state's rules for complaints and
administrative hearings pursuant to article 45 of this title 1.
