§ 9-7-111 — Failure to obtain permit - penalty
Except as provided in section 9-7-106 (5), any person who manufactures, sells, stores, transports, or uses
explosives without first obtaining a permit therefor under the provisions of this
article 7 commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
