§ 9-1-102 — Penalty
Every proprietor who builds or procures to be built or
leases, procures, or permits to be used as a theater, opera house, concert hall,
music hall, public school, church, or for any other like public assemblage any
building not in conformity to this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars.
