§ 9-6-108 — Applicability
Consumer fireworks and display fireworks, as
defined in 27 CFR 555.11 of the United States department of justice, bureau of
alcohol, tobacco, firearms, and explosives, or any of its successor agencies, shall
not be subject to the provisions of this article.
