Text

(1)The administrator may adopt rules to administer and enforce this article. The administrator may use certified conveyance inspectors for any investigation of an alleged violation of the rules or this article. The administrator may appoint an advisory board to assist in the formulation of rules authorized by this section.
(2)A person may request an investigation into an alleged violation of the rules or this article, or of a danger posed by any conveyance, by giving notice to the administrator of such violation or danger. Such notice shall be in writing, shall set forth with reasonable particularity the grounds for the notice, and shall be signed by the person making the request.
