(1)This article is intended to
provide accessibility standards for residential projects designed to serve persons
with nonambulatory disabilities, semiambulatory disabilities, sight disabilities,
hearing disabilities, disabilities of incoordination, and aging.
(2)Design criteria. Design criteria must comply with ICC/ANSI A117.1.
