No
heating boiler or hot-water supply boiler, except those exempt by this article, shall
be installed in this state unless it has been constructed, inspected, and stamped in
conformity with the rules for construction of low-pressure heating boilers of the
A.S.M.E. boiler and pressure vessel code and is approved, registered, and inspected
in accordance with the requirements of this article.
