Text

(1)If the owner of any boiler fails to report the location of such boiler to the section, the owner is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, if the owner or his agent fails to have said boiler ready for internal inspection as provided in this article, said owner shall be liable to pay fees and expenses of the inspector incurred in the inspection of any such boiler.
(2)Any owner who fails or refuses to comply with all requirements or directions of this article pertaining to notification of boiler placement, replacement, or operation; condones operation of condemned boilers; refuses a reasonable request to inspect any boiler used for heating or water supply service or any similar use; refuses to pay inspection and expenses or penalties or license fees; operates any boiler or similar dev
