(1)This section and sections 9-1.5-104.2,
9-1.5-104.4, 9-1.5-104.7, and 9-1.5-104.8 are repealed, effective September 1, 2028.
(2)Before the repeal, the functions of the underground damage prevention
safety commission related to underground facilities specified in sections 9-1.5-104.2, 9-1.5-104.4, 9-1.5-104.7, and 9-1.5-104.8 are scheduled for review in
accordance with section 24-34-104.
