Text
The landlord or keeper of any
hotel or public inn shall not be liable for loss of or damage to the property of any
guest or patron of the hotel or public inn by fire or by any unforeseen causes or by
inevitable accident, unless the loss or damage occurs on account of his or her
negligence or the negligence of his or her servants or employees.
