§ 6-1-104 — Cooperative reporting
The district attorneys may cooperate in a
statewide reporting system by receiving, on forms provided by the attorney
general, complaints from persons concerning deceptive trade practices listed in
section 6-1-105 or part 7 or 13 of this article 1 and transmitting the complaints to the
attorney general.
