Text
(1)It is unlawful for any person to sell or
offer to sell a grave space, niche, or crypt upon the promise, representation, or
inducement of resale at a financial profit.
(2)Any person who violates any provision of this article 24 commits a class 2
misdemeanor. Whenever any person has reason to believe that any person is liable
to punishment under this article 24, the person may certify the facts to the district
attorney of the judicial district in which the alleged violation occurred who shall
cause appropriate proceedings to be brought.
