There shall be no limitation, restriction, or covenant based upon race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, national origin, or ancestry on the size, placement, location, sale, or transfer of any cemetery grave space, niche, or crypt or in the interment of a deceased person.
