§ 6-24-108 — Delivery of copy of contract - required
A duplicate original of any
contract entered into between a purchaser of any lot, grave space, interment right,
niche, or crypt and any cemetery authority shall be given to the buyer at the time
both parties become bound by the contract and any consideration whatsoever is
given by the buyer and retained pursuant to the contract by the cemetery authority.
