§ 6-24-102 — Organization as endowment care cemetery - when
Any person
who, after July 1, 1965, establishes or acquires a cemetery within twenty miles from
the exterior boundary of any city with a population of five thousand or more,
according to the latest federal decennial census, shall be organized as an
endowment care cemetery.
