Text
Any person, firm, or corporation, whether as principal,
agent, officer, or director, for himself, herself, or itself, or for another person, or for
any firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of sections 6-2-103 to 6-2-108 or section 6-2-110 commits a class 2 misdemeanor for each single violation.
