Text

Dividends remaining unclaimed for one year or longer after the final dividend has been declared by any assignee shall be distributed, under direction of the court, to the creditors whose claims have not been paid in full as provided in this article. If more than enough funds are on hand to pay these creditors in full, the balance shall be paid to the assignor.
