§ 6-10-112 — Judgment - fee of assignee
If no exception is made to a claim filed
or if the claim has been favorably adjudicated, the court shall enter judgment in

due, and order the assignee to make from time to time fair and equal dividends
among the creditors, of the assets in his hands, in proportion to their respective
