Text

Disputes among manufacturers, dealers, and lessors concerning the enforcement of rights or remedies of consumers under this part 4 shall be subject to arbitration pursuant to the Colorado rules of civil procedure. The award of the arbitration panel shall be binding upon the parties and shall only be subject to court review by trial de novo.
