(1)A solar sales company shall
provide a warranty against roof damage and water infiltration at each roofing
penetration made during the installation of a residential solar electric system,
which warranty must last for at least four years after the completion of the
installation.
(2)A solar sales company shall provide a warranty to address defects in the
workmanship of a residential solar electric system, which warranty must last for at
least four years after the completion of the installation.
(3)If a solar sales company provides a long-term maintenance plan for a
residential solar electric system or residential battery energy storage system, the
plan must be made available in writing and verbally explained to the consumer. If a
