Text

(1)A solar sales company or a designated representative of the solar sales company shall retain a copy of each signed agreement for a period of not less than four years after the date of the transaction.
(2)Consumer personal information must be maintained consistent with the Colorado Privacy Act, part 13 of this article 1, and other applicable data privacy laws.
