§ 6-1-1404 — Preemption
(1)A political subdivision shall not establish,
mandate, or otherwise require online marketplaces to:
(a)Verify information from high-volume third-party sellers on a one-time or
ongoing basis; or
(b)Disclose or require the disclosure of information to consumers.
