Text
A person who violates section 6-1-1117 (2) or (3)
or who intentionally violates section 6-1-1117 (4) is guilty of a misdemeanor, as
defined in section 18-1.3-504, C.R.S., and shall be subject to imprisonment in county
jail for up to one year, a fine of up to twenty-five thousand dollars, or both.
