Text
The county clerk and recorder shall furnish
each precinct with two sets of accounting forms for each major political party
having candidates at the primary election. The forms shall be furnished at the same
time and in the same manner as ballots. All accounting forms shall have the proper
party designation at the top thereof and shall state the precinct, county, and date
of the primary election. The secretary of state shall prescribe the accounting forms
to be used.
