Text
(1)The designated election official shall confirm the appointments of election judges
by mailing each appointed election judge a certification of appointment and an
acceptance form.
(2)The acceptance form shall contain:
(a)The statement of qualifications as prescribed in section 1-6-101; and
(b)A statement that, if the person appointed as an election judge either fails
to file the acceptance form within seven days after the certification of appointment
and acceptance form are mailed or fails to attend a class of instruction as required
in section 1-6-101 (5), the designated election official may determine that a vacancy
has been created.
(3)Each person appointed as an election judge shall file an acceptance form
