Text
No later than sixty
days before a primary or general election, the county chairperson or other
authorized official of a minor political party may certify to the county clerk and
recorder an initial list of the names and addresses of registered electors
recommended to serve as election judges in the county. If the list contains more
than one name, the order of preference must be indicated. The county clerk and
recorder shall select election judges from the party according to such order of
preference, if indicated.
